Client Responsibilities

- Carry required insurance
Communicate availability and preferences clearly
Payments & Fees
Service fees are agreed upon before onboarding
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Failure to pay may result in service suspension
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Specific load volume
- Revenue or profit
- Broker approval
Success depends on multiple external factors.
Limitation of Liability

- Loss of income or business
- Delays caused by brokers/shippers
- Missed loads or market conditions
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
